The Truman Plaza was one of the central points of the American community in Berlin. Today it exists on old pictures or YouTube videos only. Commercial and housing buildings are located there right now. It looks like so many equal places from outside.
But I thought there must be more. Okay, the big grey stone with the TRUMAN PLAZA letters I didn’t find. But I made a different discovery. Three business owners keep up the legacy. They have choosen names for their businesses, those show what there was before. I found a Truman Café, a Plaza Real estate and a hairdresser at the Truman Plaza.
